Is home rent the same as lot rent?
No. Home rent pays for use of a dwelling. Lot rent generally pays for the site under a resident-owned home. Home sale price and mortgage payments are also separate.
Why are the amounts shown as price bands?
A band makes a park's posted amount easier to compare without implying that every site has the same price.
