See what a community posts before you call.
We check each community's official website and show useful details beside the page they came from and the date we checked it.
Start with the community's own website
We begin with the park's website or its management company's page. We confirm the name, Utah address, phone number, and website before adding the community.
Make sure it is the right park
We show a detail only when we can connect it to the correct community. A home's sale price is not shown as lot rent, and a nearby address is not assumed to be the park.
Organize details the way shoppers need them
Cost and fees
Lot rent, required fees, utilities, rental-home costs, and home sale prices are shown separately.
Homes and sites
Homes for sale, rental homes, and open home sites each have their own section. When a park does not post an opening, we tell you to call and ask.
Rules and applications
We show age, pet, application, and move-in rules when the community publishes them.
Show when information was checked
Listings can change quickly, while park rules usually change less often. Each profile shows the date we checked the official page.
- Recently checked: the detail appeared on the community's website when we visited.
- Not listed online: call the community for the current answer.
- Recheck recommended: the page may have changed since our last visit.
Review corrections before changing a page
