Information from the community

• The park's website for its address, contact details, posted prices, openings, and rules.
• The management company's official page when the park has no separate website.
• Current price sheets, applications, and rule sheets published by the community.
• Updates from a park or reader after we confirm the new information.

Home price, home rent, and lot rent are different

Home sale price is the price to buy the manufactured home. It usually does not include the ongoing cost of the site unless the source says otherwise.

Home rent is the recurring charge to rent the home. The quoted amount may or may not include the site, utilities, or other fees.

Lot rent is the recurring charge for the site where the home sits. Required fees and utilities are shown separately when they are known.

Utah Mobile Home Guide does not combine these amounts or treat one as another. Confirm the complete monthly cost with the community before applying or paying a fee.

How to read a park page

• Recently checked: the detail appeared on the official page when we visited.
• Not listed online: the community website does not show the detail, so call the office for the current answer.
• May be out of date: confirm the detail before applying or paying a fee.

Prices, openings, and policies can change. The checked date tells you when it is worth confirming again.
